We appreciate your dedication and service to Minority populations with the highest risk factors in developing kidney disease.

To assist us in our community outreach to the various at-risk populations within the New York metropolitan area with setups and the distribution of educational materials whenever you can.

After demonstrating  commitment, reliability and professionalism in helping to educate and motivate our customers facing the challenges of kidney disease, all volunteers will be gifted with special perks and products.
